Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products without original packaging or missing parts.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup/shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds are issued within 7 working days via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash).
Exchange Option
If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
