Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup/shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds are issued within 7 working days via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash).

Exchange Option

If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
